Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Naples, FL. The Associate will handle legal research, draft legal documents, provide strategic counsel to clients, and represent them in legal proceedings. The role requires collaboration with team members while maintaining responsibility for managing clients' cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters with a focus on local government and land use law.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Proficiency in case analysis, litigation, and legal strategy development
- Effective communication skills, including client counseling and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues while managing cases independently
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and providing high-quality legal services
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- Experience in areas such as real estate, land use, local government, or business law is highly desirable
