Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum)
The Senior Systems Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Leader, is responsible for leading product design efforts, mentoring engineers, and contributing to process improvements, strategic planning, and presentations. Operating with minimal supervision, the role involves independent work, oversight of project portfolios, and awareness of industry trends and customer needs. The engineer engages in high-level customer interactions, provides technical evaluations of new opportunities within the PLC process, and participates in enterprise negotiations.

- Bachelor’s degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field AND 4 years’ experience
