Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Problem Solving: Analyzes and resolves complex material, design, and manufacturing sourcing engineering challenges by applying advanced technical knowledge and innovative solutions.
- Should Cost: Technical analysis of materials, design, and manufacturing processes to develop estimated cost structures used by Sourcing Managers in negotiations, and NPI CTC development.
- Project Leadership: Leads small-scale sourcing projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Partners with internal teams and external subject matter experts to integrate sourcing strategies and optimize engineering processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Acts as a resource for colleagues by providing guidance, training, and expertise in advanced sourcing engineering practices.
- Market Analysis: Evaluates industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and enhance the organization's sourcing strategies and market position.
- Technical Expertise: Possesses in depth knowledge of primary and related technical domains, enabling effective utilization of diverse technologies.
- Complex Problem Solving: Demonstrates ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues using innovative approaches.
- Project Leadership: Skilled in leading small-scale projects, managing risks, and ensuring timely completion with limited supervision.
- Independent Work: Capable of operating autonomously, making informed decisions with minimal guidance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred and 4 years of relevant experience
