What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Therapist position at Woodward Community Based Services?
Description:
- Provide Individual, Family Therapy, and/or group therapy mental health services
- Completion of all required documentation in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission Standards:
- Comprehensive Assessment, Active Treatment Plan, and Suicide Risk assessment completed within 30 days of admission, progress notes within 72 hours of service provision
- Embed Measurement-Based Care into treatment services with the utilization of PUPS (EHR) and Blueprint.
- Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.)
- All other duties as assigned
A master’s degree in social work or human services is required. An individual must have a license from the state of Iowa or be working toward this license post-graduation. It is an essential function of the position that the staff member be capable of physically restraining students when necessary.
Salary : $71,003 - $94,174
