Education / Certification:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Mid-Management or Principal Certification
- Certified T-TESS Appraiser (Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System)
Special Knowledge / Skills:
Knowledge of:
- School administrative procedures
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
- Operation of a computer and assigned software
Ability to:
- Coordinate campus support operations
- Work independently with little direction
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
- Meet schedules and timelines
- Plan and organize work
Experience: Minimum of three years as a classroom teacher
