Moulder Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Moulder Operator to join our Architectural Millwork team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain molding machinery to produce high-quality trim and mouldings for various construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor molding machines to produce accurate forms according to schematics and blueprints
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specified dimensions and standards
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling heavy materials and operating power tools
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality checks

Skills

• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and heavy lifting techniques
• Ability to perform precise measurements and adjustments for consistent product quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues
