Our clients is seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Paediatric Registrar to join their multidisciplinary paediatric team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient, outpatient, neonatal, and emergency settings under consultant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and manage paediatric patients.
Participate in ward rounds, clinics, and on-call rotas.
Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Contribute to teaching, audit, quality improvement, and research activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
Active registration with the Irish Medical Council.
Relevant postgraduate experience in Paediatrics.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Requirements
Membership examinations (e.g., MRCPCH) or equivalent.
Neonatal and acute paediatric experience.
