- Lead practices, games, and team activities
- Develop player skills and team strategy
- Promote positive culture, leadership, and accountability
- Communicate with athletes, families, and school staff
- Support student-athlete academic success
- Coordinate with athletic department and supervise team safety
Qualifications:
- Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, positive team environment
- Adherence to Vermont Principals' Association (VPA) rules
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for full winter season
