What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Concierge position at Woodstock Nursing & Rehabilitation Center?
The Concierge will act as the liaison between residents, families, and our current staff to ensure that every resident is receiving excellent customer service. The Concierge will conduct surveys with new admissions, discharges, as well as always be available to the patient’s as a listening ear throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and receives patients, family members, and visitors into the facility by serving as a liaison between families and staff.
•Performs a wide range of duties to provide a positive experience for patients, family members, and visitors during the patient's stay. •Increase patient’s satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two years long term care experience
•Excellent customer service skills •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all staff, residents, and family members
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
