What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Laundry Attendant Saturday/Saturdays 7am-2pm (14 hours a week) position at Woodstock Laundry?
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry
- Operate commercial laundry equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure clean and properly folded linens
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to work effectively with coworkers and customers
- Physical stamina to stand for the shift and the ability to lift heavy laundry orders
Please note that previous experience in a hotel or laundry setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
