One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Bell Person to join the team!
Job Summary:
The responsibility of the Bell Person is to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service and ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and assisted during their stay.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: starting $16.00 per hour plus tips.
- The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year-round
- 8:00am-4:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekends and holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.
- Park cars for guests as needed and drive shuttle to pick up or drop off guests at other Resort outlets.
- Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Lift and pull 100 pounds with aid of luggage cart.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicle with proficiency.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
