What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at WoodSpring Suites - Rivergate?
Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals by keeping laundry clean, organized, and ready for guest rooms at all times. Overall responsibility for maintaining a superior laundered product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to perform all laundry duties as outlined in the training program and property specific checklists.
Manage reclaim by treating linens timely and accurately for best results.
Operate laundry equipment in a correct and safe manner. Report any equipment malfunctions to the
General Manager and/or Maintenance department.
Sort, fold and stock laundry items.
Accommodate guest special requests courteously and with a sense of priority.
Answer guest’s questions regarding local area facilities and services.
Expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Managers/Supervisors which the associate is capable of performing.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
