As an LPN, you –

As an LPN, you –
- Will primarily work with long-term care patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed
- Administer nursing care to our long-term care patients, including:
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Providing patient care
- And maintaining medical records
- Supervise the C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met
- Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support

- CPR Certification required

- Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred
