As a CNA, you –
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom patients/residents and change linens
- Move, transfer or transport patients/residents
- Will work with long-term care, memory care, or rehab residents and patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed
- Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support

- Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry required
- Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Computer skills strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
