We are actively hiring! Woodside School is seeking candidates for two roles within our program:
- Infant Teacher Associate
- Float Teacher Associate
Both positions are full-time preferred, with part-time options available for the right candidates.
Woodside School is a NAEYC-accredited, nonprofit early childhood program committed to providing high-quality, developmentally appropriate care. We value strong relationships, teamwork, and creating a warm, engaging environment where children can thrive.
Our program operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and we are especially seeking candidates who can support our closing shift (until 5:30 PM).
Infant Teacher Associate
We are seeking a nurturing, dependable educator to support our infant classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, and sleep routines
- Build strong relationships with infants and families
- Support a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Assist in implementing curriculum based on children’s development
- Observe and document growth using NH Early Learning Standards
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance
- Collaborate closely with your teaching team
Float Teacher Associate
This role supports classrooms across the program as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Float between infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k classrooms
- Assist with maintaining ratios and covering breaks
- Support daily routines, activities, and transitions
- Build positive relationships with children and staff across the program
- Adapt to different classrooms and age groups throughout the day
Qualifications (Both Roles)
- Must meet NH Child Care Licensing requirements for Teacher Associate, including:
- Minimum 9 ECE credits
- At least 3 credits in Child Growth & Development
- Experience working with young children (infant experience preferred for infant role)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
Applicants who meet NH Teacher Associate qualifications will be prioritized.
