Woodside Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Molalla, Oregon. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Pay
- $46.00–$57.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, residents, and families.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings.
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- CCC-SLP preferred.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
