What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Lead / Field Operations Lead position at Woodside Landscaping?
Woodside Landscaping is looking for a reliable, capable crew leader who wants more than just another landscaping job. This is not an entry level position.
We are looking for a leader that takes pride in their work, has their own quality control and can finish projects without micro-management.
This position could very well lead into a Field Operations Manager position with higher pay and responsibility.

What the job looks like
- Lead a small crew on residential landscaping and property projects
- Work directly with the owner to plan daily work
- Operate equipment (mowers, chainsaws, skid steer)
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
- Set the tone for professionalism and work ethic on site
This is a working leadership role. You will be in the field alongside the crew.

Multiple years experience as a project crew lead is mandatory
