What You Bring
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Proficient with Excel and Word
Experience with scheduling software like Hosted Time preferred
Solid understanding of AHCA regulations
Strong people skills to balance employee needs with facility demands
Your Role
Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants
Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates
Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and help coordinate training schedules with the DON
Cover staffing gaps for absences and leaves—adjusting schedules as needed
Keep accurate records of time off, attendance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
