What are the responsibilities and job description for the MINISTRY RESIDENT position at Woodside Bible Church?
Ministry residencies entail weekly training, one-on-one coaching, and immersion in a ministry area. Each resident selects a ministry track where they will gain hands-on experience in a specific area at one of our campuses. This is where they can apply what they are learning from both weekly intensives and ministry specific electives. Residents will be placed at one of our 14 campuses spread across Southeast Michigan. Actual duties and responsibilities will be determined by the Leadership Institute and their local campus ministry leader.
All residents are required to attend weekly WLI Intensives at the Troy campus on Thursdays from about 9:00-2:00.
This is a part-time (20 hrs. per week), hourly position, $15 per hour.
