Men’s Residential Program Manager

Dream Centers of Michigan is seeking a Men’s Residential Program Manager to provide hands-on mentorship, case management, and spiritual leadership for participants in our Men’s Residential Program. From intake through graduation, this role walks alongside residents to support their personal, relational, and spiritual growth while ensuring consistent program structure and a healthy, Christ-centered residential culture. Evening and weekend availability is essential to effectively support resident needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct case management and mentorship for residents from onboarding to graduation.
Lead devotionals, Bible studies, and spiritual formation activities to foster a Christ-centered community.
Oversee daily residential operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Support program activities, transportation, and volunteer engagement.
Partner with leadership on budgeting and program planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Prior experience in a discipleship home or residential program preferred.
Demonstrated spiritual maturity and ability to mentor others.
Strong organizational, relational, and conflict management skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
