What are the responsibilities and job description for the KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR position at Woodside Bible Church?
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate and visionary leader to serve as the Woodside Kids Director at our Pontiac Campus. This role provides leadership, vision, and oversight for Woodside Kids Ministry, partnering with parents to help children discover and embrace a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow Kids Ministry at the Pontiac Campus, ensuring a Christ-centered, welcoming environment.
Build, equip, and encourage volunteer teams.
Oversee weekend services, events, and programs for children.
Partner with parents to equip them as the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
Collaborate with campus staff and multisite Kids Ministry leaders to implement church-wide strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in children’s ministry (Woodside Kids experience preferred).
Strong leadership, team-building, and relational skills.
Demonstrated spiritual maturity and alignment with the mission and values of Woodside Bible Church.
