Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Skill in candidate outreach and relationship-building using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems and common office software (e.g., MS Office, email, video conferencing tools).
- Prior experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services settings is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
