This is a full-time, on-site role located in Langhorne, PA, for the position of Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal will oversee the daily operations of educational programs, support teachers in curriculum execution, and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards. The individual in this role will collaborate with staff to enhance student outcomes, foster a positive learning environment, address disciplinary issues, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
- Experience in educational management, program administration, and curriculum development
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and support teaching staff
- Expertise in student behavior management and conflict resolution
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in maintaining compliance with state education regulations and implementing best practices
- Ability to foster collaboration among students, families, and staff
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field is preferred
- Relevant state certifications in education administration or school leadership are strongly preferred
- Prior experience working with children and individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges is a plus
