Salary: Starting at $17 / hour - depending on education / experience
Job Summary
Responsible for following processes to ensure personal records are up to date. Responsible for ensuring Woods is in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:- Creates and maintains all personal files.
- Assists with surveys/audits as it relates to Human Resources. Maintains a working knowledge of licensures and regulations.
- Maintains off-site personnel files.
- Provides back-up for HR receptionist responsibilities during lunch break/breaks/vacation.
- Assists with the process of issuing new employee IDs along with reprinting IDs for current employees. Maintains ID database.
- Assists Human Resources Information Specialist (HRIS) as necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding privileged Human Resource information.
- Other duties as assigned or become necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Computer literacy required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, reach overhead, be able to kneel, squat, and stand for an extended period of time
