Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation treatment and support services to those individuals who are most challenged with their serious mental illness. Salary: $56000 to $61000 / annually - depending upon education / experience
$5000 sign-on bonus
Hours: This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position / Monday through Friday, 9:00 am till 5:30 pm with 1 day 10:00 am till 6:30 pm
Job Summary
- Provides highly individualized services for enrollees who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Assesses history and current needs/preferences of the person served in the areas of mental health and substance use
- Works with the person served and the team to develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions
- Provides clinical leadership for PACT staff in the area of co-occurring treatment
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Must have CADC/LCADC required in accordance with the Alcohol and Drug Licensing and Certification Act
- Valid driver’s license required
- A minimum of two years’ experience providing dual disorder/co-occurring services
Salary : $56,000 - $61,000
