As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, highly organized, and able to juggle phones, scheduling, and check-ins without missing a beat.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical front office experience
- Experience managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Knowledge in medical office
- Experience phones, medications, appointments
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct multiple phone lines
