Responsibilities

- Diagnose issues related to diesel engines, vehicle systems, and mechanical components using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Repair or replace faulty parts within diesel engines, automotive electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct repairs on heavy trucks, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake systems, and suspension components.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle or piece of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems efficiently.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic with a focus on diesel engine repair.
- Certification as a Diesel Mechanic from an accredited program or institution is required.
- Hands-on experience working with vehicle maintenance, heavy truck repair, and equipment maintenance is essential.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools effectively.
