Pay: 65,000-$150,000 per year

Compensation
$65,000-$150,000 per year Pay is based on experience, performance, and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Accurately document service calls and recommendations
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and code compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- HVAC training program completion preferred
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- TDLR License (required)
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within one year
