What Youll Do
- Prep surfaces (clean, sand, mask)
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat
- Mix and match paint to OEM specs
- Buff and finish for high-quality results
- Maintain paint equipment and booths
- Assist with light body prep as needed
- Inspect work to meet quality standards
- Follow all safety and PPE protocols
What You Bring
- 13 years of automotive painting experience
- Experience with waterborne & solvent systems
- Strong prep, spraying, and color-matching skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and manage workload
- Team-first mindset with pride in your work
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
- Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and climbing
