Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a constructability consulting firm in Phoenix that specializes in BIM coordination, MEPF modeling, and project support across multifamily, hospitality, and industrial construction. The team values a hands-on, collaborative approach and is looking for a senior BIM professional to take a leadership-level role.
This position is ideal for an experienced BIM professional ready to contribute to BIM strategy, workflow development, and project support while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to BIM strategy and help define modeling workflows and standards.
- Support project teams with BIM coordination, 3D modeling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Participate in MEPF, architectural, or low-voltage modeling as needed.
- Assist with clash detection and construction coordination activities.
What you need:
- 7 years of BIM/Revit experience.
- Experience in MEPF, architectural, or low-voltage systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and BIM coordination.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to mentor or guide junior team members.
