Account Manager

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly growing packaging business that's helping hospitality brands stand out through innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

We're looking for an Account Manager to drive growth within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, focusing on the Burger, Chicken & Pizza (BCP) segment.

This isn't a desk-bound role. You'll be out in the field building genuine relationships, uncovering opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to some of the industry's most exciting brands.

What you'll be doing :

• Build and manage relationships with QSR operators across your territory.
• Drive new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through to account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• 2 years within QSR, hospitality, foodservice, packaging, or a related industry.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Ability to understand customer operations and identify opportunities.
• Experience selling physical products or B2B solutions is highly regarded.

Nice to have :

• Existing network within the Burger, Chicken & Pizza segment.
• Background in restaurant operations or hospitality sales.
• Experience managing a territory or customer portfolio.
• Passion for sustainability and innovative packaging solutions.
