JOB SUMMARY:
Has the primary duty of overseeing the company’s Fairmont location including product, tool and grounds inventory; facility maintenance; project management; organization and cleanliness consisting of several inventory buildings, office and surrounding grounds. Assists the Director of Operations, Production Managers and Foremen in troubleshooting and resolving issues on jobsites regarding inventory. Supports the management and mission of Woods Basement Systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for all inventory and inventory movement: organization, ordering, stocking and counting, staging and loading daily orders, unloading delivery trucks – as well as tool inventory, organization, ordering, tracking and distribution.
2. Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of Inventory Buildings 1 and 2 and all areas where inventory is stored, indoors and outdoors, as well as the office and surrounding grounds.
- Responsible for cleaning all areas of the Fairmont office and for keeping all supplies stocked and replenished. A complete schedule of duties and list of supplies is posted in the office.
- Aids in the supervision and training of employees assigned to the above listed duties by allocating work, providing product knowledge and training.
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of power equipment as needed to perform assigned duties.
- Regular and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Two (2) years experience in shop setting, warehouse, inventory; or,
- An equivalent combination of education and experience; and
- Must maintain driving record acceptable to insurance underwriters.
