Base Commission-$60,000-$150,000
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
- Consistently hit and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.
- Utilize CRM tools like AccuLynx to track sales activities and manage accounts,
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes clearly and confidently
Experience
- No roofing experience? No problem — we provide training
- Strong negotiation skills
- Work independently meet new people daily
What We Are Looking For:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a truck for transportation.
- Comfortable with climbing roofs and performing roof inspections.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
