WH-Crew Member

Grow Landscaping is seeking a hardworking and dependable Grounds Crew Member to support the daily upkeep and landscaping of our properties. This position reports directly to the Grounds Crew Leader and plays a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily truck and equipment preparation, including loading gas cans, mowers, and other tools
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Operate edgers, trimmers, weed eaters, and backpack blowers safely and effectively
• Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property
• Support the Grounds Crew Leader with all tasks related to grounds maintenance
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment as directed
• Participate in daily loading/unloading of tools and equipment, ensuring vehicles are kept clean and organized

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to lift over 60 lbs, operate hand tools and landscaping equipment
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods (10 hours)
• Ability to walk 2–6 miles per day and carry backpacks weighing over 20 lbs
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, pull, and push heavy objects
• Regular exposure to outdoor environments and physical labor
• Ability to operate manual and power landscaping equipment for extended periods
