Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Leasing Professional to support the marketing, leasing, and resident retention efforts of the community. This position is responsible for executing leasing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong digital and in-person presence, and contributing to the overall success and occupancy of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Resident Services
- Serve as the first point of contact—answer phones, greet all walk-ins, and respond promptly to internet leads and voicemails
- Lease apartments to qualified prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and conduct tours (in-person and virtual)
- Enter and manage packages in the Entrata package log
- Check and respond to "Resident Contact" messages in Entrata throughout the day
- Follow up on resident service requests to ensure completion and satisfaction
- Follow up on special projects for residents and assist the Property Manager as needed
- Submit monthly resident birthday list and coordinate retention and engagement efforts
Marketing & Reporting

Submit and maintain:
- Monthly market comparable reports
- Monthly shopper’s report
- Monthly sex offender checks
- Pool logs, freon logs, and pool photos every Thursday
- Monthly maintenance shop photos
- Marketing calendar by the last day of each month
- “Follow-Up Friday” tracker if property is below 95% occupancy
- Take marketing materials to local businesses and build community partnerships
- Create and distribute the monthly resident newsletter via email by the 1st of each month
- Monitor and update the property’s website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms daily
- Create and post engaging daily content, including video tours and live videos
- Coordinate, schedule, and lead resident retention and marketing events, including virtual events
- Ensure printed media is always updated, stocked, and displayed properly
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media messages
- Order marketing materials as needed and maintain adequate supply
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with creating video content and using social media platforms professionally
- Knowledge of Entrata software is a plus
- Dependability and a positive attitude are a must
- Ability to work weekends and participate in property events as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk properties, conduct apartment tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outs
- Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods
