What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Lobby Receptionist for 2026-2027 position at Woodruff Middle School?
Woodruff Middle School serves students in Sixth through Eighth Grade and is currently taking applications for a Front Lobby Receptionist for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Interested applicants must have a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma (GED) and be proficient in Microsoft Office platforms. Experience with PowerSchool is preferred, but not required. This position will tentatively begin during the summer of 2026.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitoring the entrance and exit of students and visitors in order to ensure the safety and security of the school premises. This will include utilizing a digital visitor management system and processing tardy slips for students.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all areas.
- Providing any information needed by visitors, staff, and students.
- Performing various administrative tasks as assigned by administrators and other office staff.
