Performance Responsibilities
The individual in this assignment must discharge all delegated responsibilities in a manner which is consistently in accord with the policies adopted by the Board of Education. Work related to the performance responsibilities listed below may be assigned by the Principal or her designee. It shall include, but not be limited to those tasks listed below.

The Board of Education and administration will provide a safe and healthful work environment pursuant
to applicable state and federal regulations. The individual in this assignment is expected to follow all safety rules,
and is to report any concerns with regard to his/her working conditions to his/her immediate supervisor.

- Exhibit good health, high moral character, and a good attendance record.

- Supervise playground activities during noon recess in accordance with established procedures to insure the safety of the children.
- Check playground equipment regularly for damage or excessive wear, which may be dangerous, and report problems immediately to the building principal.
- Maintain balls and other playground toys.
- Supervise in areas of the building designated by the principal on days when the weather does not allow outside recess.
- Enforce all recess rules according to the building discipline plan.
- Confer with the building principal on recess rules and procedures in an effort to continually upgrade supervision and safety.
- Perform other recess related duties as assigned by the principal.
