Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Lifeguard who is 20 to supervise afternoon camp swim either at the pool or at our waterfront. The ideal candidate must hold a valid lifeguarding certificate along with the waterfront module.
Duties
* Provide supervision for either the pool or waterfront as assigned
* Maintain the health and safety of all campers
Skills
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, basic life support, and medical emergency response protocols
- Experience working with children
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in high-stress situations
