Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer knowledge and interest
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate the accounting system (QuickBooks) efficiently for transactions, including processing of credit cards
• Customer follow up to ensure everything goes smoothly from sale to final installation
• Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and well-organized
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Other duties as assigned
• Typical schedule would be Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday- Saturday from 9:30 am - 5pm. Some flexibility in weekdays worked but Saturday is our most important day we need coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience is required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and their family members
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
• Organizational skills and attention to detail experience required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment at times or be a self starter when things are slower
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, customer service principles, and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
