Job Overview: The Clinical Director at Woodmont Treatment Center is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the provision of top-tier, evidence-based care to all clients. This leadership position involves managing a diverse team of professionals, offering guidance and supervision to clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Director plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment programs, while also monitoring clinical outcomes and fostering an environment of support and collaboration for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and care standards.
  • Manage and support clinical staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality and safety of patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to assess patient needs and improve the delivery of services.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster open communication between departments to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
  • Stay current on advancements in healthcare management and treatment practices, integrating relevant innovations into the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within a clinical or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong background in leading and managing clinical teams, as well as overseeing clinical programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory accreditation processes, such as JCAHO, is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze clinical performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Pay: $99,053.00 - $109,281.00 per year
