We're currently hiring a full-time Finance Assistant to help us steward the resources entrusted to Woodmen with excellence and integrity.
In this role, you’ll:
- Ensure accurate credit card and expense reimbursement reporting and upload data to Sage Intacct
- Process AP invoices and reimbursement requests with precision
- Maintain, reconciles and updated banking and investment accounts in the accounting system
- Ensures timely corporate and 1099 filings
- Assist with month-end closing and audit tasks
- Occasionally help with donation recording
- Serve ministries with excellence and confidentiality
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have an active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and willing to be a regular Woodmen attendee
- Bring at least 1 year of accounting experience (church/non-profit preferred)
- Are MAC-proficient and detail-oriented
- Can communicate with grace on sensitive matters
- Maintain a healthy personal financial life with no excessive personal debt
- Have reliable transportation and can manage light lifting and long periods of sitting
