This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Charleston, SC. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, managing real estate listings, cultivating client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include marketing properties, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and staying informed on real estate market trends to maximize opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
- Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to engage and support clients effectively
- Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- State Real Estate Broker license in good standing
- Proficiency with real estate marketing tools and technologies is a plus
- Prior experience in the Charleston, SC real estate market is preferred
