Woodlawn Health is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing and communications efforts. This role oversees branding, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, community outreach, and internal communications. We’re seeking a collaborative professional with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES: The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and lead the development of a marketing strategy for the organization.

• • Specific knowledge of marketing and communications principles and practices, market research and analysis, strategic planning, marketing communications and program development required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in creating, implementing, and measuring strategic marketing and/or communications plans.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing and communications channels, functions, and tools (such as social media, websites, media relations, content development, webinars/events, digital marketing, video production, graphic design, employee communications, etc.) necessary to collaborate with other specialized areas of marketing and communications to implement plans and strategies.

  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing all marketing research information gathering programs.
  • Plans and coordinates the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Collaborates with other leaders to develop marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates and leads determination of need and cost benefit analyses for proposed new programs, equipment, and service offerings.
  • Performs other related duties as required and directed.
