Job Title: Creamery Assistant
Hours: 15-20 hours/week
Woodlawn Creamery is seeking a Creamery Assistant to start at 15-20 hours per week with an opportunity to grow to 40 hours. Desired hours: Monday, 10am - 6pm; Tuesday, 8am - 12pm; Wednesday, 8am - 12pm. Attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to work on your feet for several hours and lift 40 lbs required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Cheesemaker with the cheese make, including hooping, cleanup, turns, and moving cheese into the cave.
- Cave work, washing and turning the cheese
- Cleaning
