What You'll Do
As a PSS, you'll provide hands-on support while building positive relationships with the residents in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily personal-care needs
- Supporting residents with household and lifestyle activities, including telephone use, light housekeeping, and meal preparation or service
- Responding promptly and compassionately to resident call lights
- Participating in scheduled activities and encouraging resident engagement
- Observing residents and accurately documenting care provided and changes in condition
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current PSS certification is required for sign-on bonus eligibility
- If not already certified, must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire
- Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
- A dependable, compassionate approach to caring for older adults
