Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in Business, Accounting or a related field of study normally required.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient analytical skills; knowledge of bankruptcy law and real estate law and practices; proficient financial statement analysis skills; knowledge of current lending and collection laws and regulations; moderate PC skills; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' related experience normally required.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Commercial Credit Manager in managing the Commercial Loan Operations Department in order to ensure the efficient and accurate analysis and management of credit risk for new loan requests and existing lending relationships as well as correct structuring primarily for commercial loans. Responsible for assisting with tracking, managing, and restructuring the Bank's problem loan portfolio; helping to implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the division as part of the annual operating plan; ensuring the division's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.
