- Woodland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and also floating between Cullman Rehabilitation and Folsom Rehabilitation in Cullman, Alabama

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Mentor and guide therapy staff
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Alabama
- 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
