Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Care Supervisor to lead our front desk and client service team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys mentoring others. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support client care (front desk) team members.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and hospital staff, helping to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team communication.
  • Streamline front desk workflows and administrative processes.
  • Support hospital management with reporting, goal tracking, and operational improvements.
  • Model professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a customer-service-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to build and motivate a team and foster a positive work culture.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but not required.
