Join a small, family-owned tree care company serving West Michigan for nearly 40 years. We’re looking to a reliable team member to our ground crew. Starting date beginning of February.
Duties include: assisting climbers, loading/unloading trucks and equipment, processing brush and wood, and helping keep job sites safe and efficient.
What we’re looking for: someone who enjoys working outdoors, can handle physical work, and works well with a team. Tree service or related experience is highly preferred and will be reflected in starting wage. A valid driver’s license is required; a chauffeur’s license or CDL is a major plus and will also be reflected in starting wage. Mechanical skills, equipment operation, or trailer-pulling experience are also a plus.
This is a full-time, year-round position (Monday–Friday, rare Saturdays). We value safety, professionalism, and a positive attitude—and we’re happy to train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
