The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) at Woodland Residential Services (WRS) supports the medical and healthcare needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves coordinating routine and emergency medical appointments, maintaining accurate client records, arranging transportation for clients, advocating for clients at client appointments, and ensuring effective communication with care teams. Under the supervision of the RN/Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and transport clients to medical appointments.
Maintain and update client medical records.
Document medical visits, follow-up instructions, and physician orders.
Communicate with internal teams about client care plans.
Accompany clients to routine and as needed appointments
Assist with IDT meeting transportation and equipment repairs.
Qualifications
Medical Assistant certification.
Medication Administration Certification (training and certification provided internally).
Current CPR/First Aid.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
